Your love is a necklace that lays upon my heart, its light a solid beacon that only you and I can see. It is how we recognize each other as we travel through millennia. How else would we find each other in an ocean of ever changing faces? When you are near, that light shines through, and our hearts' syncopation create a song only we can sing.

NOTE: Sometime during the PAD challenge, there always seems to be a 2-for-Tuesday prompt to write a Love poem or an Anti-Love poem. It’s not surprising that I tend to go with the positive. In search of inspiration, I came across this link to 10 Best Love Poems Ever! I found a couple of old favorites and a few new ones. I fear my efforts pale by comparison, but it’s spring, a time when love is in the air, and a beautiful way to spend a few minutes of your time.
Such a beautiful love poem. 💕
Thank you so much!
